I have a customer with a PX30t Toshiba All In One computer that came with a cordless keyboard and mouse. The transceiver for this appears to be built in.
(First letter missing.)
If the keyboard and mouse is not touched for more than ten seconds, the first letter typed on the keyboard will not appear.
I could not find a solution. BIOS update to 1.30 made no difference, disabling all power saving options I could find (USB Hub, etc) made no difference. I could not resolve this problem.
Nobody seemed to have any answers online, me included I’m afraid.
Only thing I couuld prove is that the problem is not within the keyboard itself, since using the mouse prevents the keyboard connection dropping. If you find a solution, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
